ROLE: Retail Experience Guide (Budtender)
What You’ll Do
Create a warm, memorable experience for every guest
Guide clients through product selection with confidence
Maintain a clean, beautiful, organized store
Learn our terpene-based menu system and product families
Collaborate with your team to exceed customer expectations
Execute daily operational tasks with precision
Represent Green Room’s culture, values, and excellence standards
Assist with in-store content, displays, and brand activations (optional but encouraged)

What Success Looks Like (30/60/90 Days)
30 Days:
You understand our menu, systems, and service philosophy
Clients consistently compliment your energy and helpfulness
60 Days:
You can confidently recommend products based on terpene profiles, effects, and flavor families
You’re hitting key performance metrics (transaction accuracy, customer reviews, AOV)
90 Days:
You’re a trusted, high-value member of the store team
